Dr. Holly Feliciano

Dr. Holly Feliciano comes to the Stafford Education Foundation with an educational background. She earned her PhD in 2018 in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction. Her published dissertation focused on achievement data in charter school students and traditional public school students. She earned a proclamation on her achievement from the Stafford County Public School Board in 2018.

Additionally, she has a MA degree in Educational Leadership, and a BS in Elementary Education. She taught in schools in both Florida and California, and volunteers regularly in Stafford schools. Currently, she is a researcher, writer, and editor working with Squared Away, LLC. She regularly assists multiple CEOs and clients within the organization.

She lives in Stafford with her husband Allan, her two children, and two cats.
